北海道、富良野は冬本番の時季、気温も−20℃を超える日がちらほら、最高のパウダースノーが舞い降ります。

The perfect powder snow is falling down here in Furano where the temperature sometimes goes down minus 20 degrees.

 

2022-2023シーズン、富良野スキー場は開設60周年を迎えました。

Furano Ski Resort is celebrating its 60th anniversary this season(2022-2023).  Please come and enjoy the fluffy powder snow!

まずは、新富良野プリンスホテル12階レストランのメニューより・・・

富良野スキー場開設60周年を記念して、特別にランチとディナーメニューをご用意しました。

These menus are from the restaurant on the 12th floor. 

They offer Furano Ski Resort 6oth anniversary special lunch and dinner.

オードブルには剣淵産のじゃがいもを使用したテリーヌや
白身魚のエスカベッシュなど4種の前菜を。

メインは牛ホホ肉のパイ包み焼きです。

そしてデザートは、60周年記念プレートをご用意。

ホテル最上階で雄大な富良野の景色やスキー場を眺めながら、ゆったりとお楽しみください。

They serve 4 kinds of appetizers including potato terrine, and whitefish-escabeche. And It comes with beef cheek pie (en croute) as a main dish.

60th Anniversary special desert will be served as well.

Please enjoy your meal while watching a magnificent view of Furano and the Ski Resort at the top of the hotel.

もちろん「特別ランチ」の他にも、多数のメニューをご用意しています。

アップルパイ　アイスクリーム添え　Apple Pie with ice cream

 

ケーキやお飲み物を中心にご用意。

もちろんワインやビールなどのアルコールもお楽しみいただけます。

スキーに夢中になってうっかりランチを食べ忘れてしまっても大丈夫。

ティータイムですが、ほかほか温まるラーメンもあります！

They offer mostly cakes and drinks but have alcoholic drinks such as wine and beer. 

They offer Ramen noodle soup, so don’t worry if you skip lunch by losing track of time.

そして5:30P.M.〜10:00P.M.（ラストオーダー9:00P.M.）はディナータイム。

こちらの記念ディナーは、道産食材をふんだんに使用したメニュー。

3月14日（火）までの期間限定です！

もちろん他にもコースメニューをご用意しています。

Also, there is a popular restaurant called “Le Gaulois Furano” on Shin Furano Prince Hotel premises.

脚本家･倉本聰氏プロデュースのレストラン｢ル･ゴロワ フラノ｣。

料理を手がけるのは「北海道 食のサポーター」であり、
東京・表参道で北海道食材にこだわったレストランとして名をはせた「ル ゴロワ」のシェフ大塚健一です。

北海道各地のこだわりの生産者から届く旬の新鮮食材を最大限に活かした料理をご用意しています。

Le Gaulois Furano  is produced by So Kuramoto, a scriptor.

And the chef is Kenichi Otsuka as known as “Hokkaido food suporter”.

 Actually, he used to be known as a chef who sticks to using ingredients from Hokkaido at Le Gaulois in Omotesando, Tokyo.

They provide meals that are the best way to cook using ingredients from all over Hokkaido.

特製スープやシェフの気まぐれパスタが楽しめるランチコース。
主菜は北海道産の魚料理や白糠産｢エゾ鹿肉｣のジビエ料理などを選べます。

旬の食材の取り合わせ料理やシェフの気まぐれパスタが楽しめるディナーコースです。

Dinner course includes meals using seasonal ingredients and pasta alters based on the chef’s caprice. 

You can choose a main dish either fish of the day or pork from Ebetsu Tonden Farm,etc.

他にも「北海道ランチ」や「森のディナー」など、
シェフ大塚の選んだ新鮮な北海道の味を満喫できるメニューが揃っています。

Other than that, they have various tasty dishes you can appreciate such as “ Hokkaido Lunch Set” and “ Mori-no Dinner”. Fresh ingredients from Hokkaido are selected by Mr. Otsuka.

スキーを楽しんでいらっしゃる60歳のお客さま、長く富良野スキー場をご愛顧くださっている60歳のお客さまに、
よりお得にリフト券を手に取っていただける企画。

2023年1月以降の「毎月6日」
ペアでリフト券を購入されるお客さまのどちらかが60歳の場合
1日券2枚を6,000円で販売いたします！

対象者は、1962年4月2日～1963年4月1日生まれの方。

対象日は、2023年1月6日　2月6日　3月6日　4月6日　5月6日です。

チケットご購入の際には身分証明書が必要です。必ずご持参ください。

[A Pair ticket for 60 years old]

Great information is not only for children.

We offer 60 year old people who enjoy skiing or love to come to Furano Ski Resort to get a good deal with tickets for the ski lift.  

[The 6th day of every month from January to May]

If a couple who either of you is 60 years old buy tickets, you can get two tickets for ￥6,000. 

Eligible person: People who are born on from April 2, 1962 to April 1, 1963

Campaign lodging dates: January 6, February 6, March 6, April 6, May 6 in 2023

Please bring your ID when you buy tickets.
