爽やかな風の吹く富良野は、ラベンダーの最も美しい季節を迎えています。

How have you been so far in the summer of 2023?
The lavender fields in Furano are just lovely and the breeze is nice and refreshing here in Furano.
今回の「HELLOふらプリ」では、新富良野プリンスホテルで体験できる”絶景”のひとつ、
「絶景夕涼みアペロ」をご紹介いたします。
We will introduce the “ apero” experience at one of the breathtaking sceneries of the Shin Furano Prince Hotel.
新富良野プリンスホテル敷地内にある広大なピクニックガーデン。
そこは、緑豊かな樹々に囲まれたとても心地よい場所。
この夏、ピクニックガーデンの中でも十勝岳連峰を望むことのできる最も景色の素晴らしい場所で
アペロをお楽しみいただける特等席をご用意いたしました。
ここでしか体験できない「絶景夕涼みアペロ」をお楽しみください。
There is a huge picnic garden surrounded by trees on the property of the Shin Furano Prince Hotel.
We prepared special seats to enjoy “apero” while watching the view of Mt.Tokachi ranges.
We’d like you to have a great evening throughout “apero” that you can do only here.
アペロとは、フランスの食習慣で夕食前にお酒を軽く嗜むこと。
新富良野プリンスホテルのシニアソムリエが「絶景夕涼みアペロ」のために厳選した富良野産ワインのひとつは「羆の晩酌」です。
このワインは、「富良野市ぶどう果樹研究所」が富良野に自生している「山ぶどう」とフランス「セイベル13052品種」を
交配し開発したオリジナル品種「ふらの2号」を使用したワイン。山ぶどうの持つコクと酸味が特徴です。
“Apero”- short for aperitif, is sacred in France: to drink a little bit an hour or so before dinner.
“Higuma no Bansyaku-Evening drink of bears-” is selected by a senior sommelier for “apero” which is one of the wines from Furano.
This wine is made from an original variety called ‘Furano No.2’ which is a crossing of wild grapes growing wild in Furano and Seibel 13052 from France produced by Furano City Grape and Fruit Tree Research Institute. The distinctive richness and sourness unique to wild grapes are spicy and self-assertive.
そして、オードブルは新富良野プリンスホテル料理長：小川の監修による「ふらのチーズ」や道産食材にこだわった品々をご用意いたしました。
新鮮な野菜の持ち味を生かしたピクルスや、旬の富良野メロンは色鮮やかで心も踊ります。
今回のメニューは、地元企業とのコラボ、地産地消という形でSDGsにも沿った内容です。
We will serve various hors d’oeuvre using ‘Furano Cheese’ and local ingredients directed by our chef, Mr. Ogawa.
Freshly pickled vegetables and Furano melons which are the best season to eat will make you happy.
The menu is following on from SDGs such as collaboration with local companies and production and consumption of local food.

・チェリートマトと｢ふらのチーズ工房｣モッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ

- Vichyssoise made from potatoes grown in Hokkaido
- Freshly pickled vegetables grown in Hokkaido
- Etube made from carrots grown in Hokkaido
- crab salad wrapped with chou using wheat grown in Hokkaido
- pate de campagne and duck meat pinchos
- Caprese ~Cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese from the cheese factory~

夕暮れ時の美しい景色や澄んだ空気とともに満喫、ゆるやかな夏のひと時をお過ごしください。
We would like you to have a relaxing time while enjoying local wine, cheese and original hors d’oeuvre made with fresh vegetables at special seats surrounded by a beautiful sunset view and fresh air.

新富良野プリンスホテルご宿泊者さま 1日1組（2名〜4名さま）限定の体験。
期間は、2023年7月18日（火）〜8月13日（日）。
ご希望日7日前までの予約制です。

This is only for hotel guests limited to 1 group a day. ( 2 to 4 people)
It is from July 18,2023 (Tue) to August 13,2023 (Sun).
