6月に入り初夏を迎えた富良野、冷え込む夜も少なくなり、日中は真夏のような暑い日も見受けられるようになりました。
とは言っても、道外の暑さとは違い湿度は低く、過ごしやすく爽やかな気候です。

June is the beginning of summer in Furano. Lately, there are no many chilly nights and sometimes it gets very hot during the day. However, it’s still a cool and more pleasant climate compare to outside of Hokkaido.
さて、今回の「HELLOふらプリ」は、もっとも美しい季節を迎えた『風のガーデン』のご紹介です！
This time, we are going to introduce [Kaze no Garden]where the most beautiful season has come.
前回ご紹介したプリンスグランドリゾート富良野敷地内『ピクニックガーデン』の奥に位置する『風のガーデン』。
溢れんばかりの新緑の中、色とりどりの花が咲き始めています♪
[Kaze no Garden] is located in the far side of Picnic Garden in Prince Grand Resort that we introduced last time. The colorful flowers have begun to bloom in the full of fresh green leaves there.
雪溶けとともに始まるガーデナーの丁寧な庭仕事。
今、まさにその成果が現れる時。
毎日が最高の状態になるよう花殻を摘み、枝葉の手入れを続けお客さまをお迎えします。

As soon as snow melts, gardeners start taking care of garden courteously. Actually, this is the time to see some progress.
In order to show visitors in the best condition of garden, they prune the trees and pick up the waste flowers which finished blooming every day.
While you are walking around the garden, you may see some gardeners.
Please don’t hesitate to ask them about flowers’ names or Furano etc.
風のガーデンで楽しめるのは、花や草木だけではありません。
広い空、澄んだ空気、森の香り、鳥の囀り・・・今はエゾハルゼミの合唱がとても賑やかです。
Enjoyable points of Kaze no Garden are not only flowers and plants but also the wide open sky, fresh air, the fragrance of the forest and birds’ singing. You will hear a chorus of Terpnosia nigricosta(Ezoharuzemi-a kind of cicada) sounds nowadays.
森の木々を抜けて届く木漏れ日。
Sunbeams shine through the trees.
雨上がりの葉に残る水滴はキラキラと輝いています。
Beaded water dew drops on plant leaves shine after raining.
これからますます鮮やかに変化する『風のガーデン』。
シーズン中、450品種以上もの花が咲きます。
時季により咲く花もそれぞれで、何度も訪れたくなる場所です。
The scenery of Kaze no Garden is going to change more and more.More than 450 kinds of flowers will bloom during the season.

倉本聰氏脚本のドラマ「風のガーデン」の舞台として2年の歳月をかけ造られたガーデンは
あれから10年以上経つ今も、ドラマの余韻を残しながらみなさんをお迎えします。
ドラマに登場した「グリーンハウス」では室内セットが再現され、訪れる人の記憶を蘇らせることでしょう。
The garden had been made over 2 years for TV drama ‘Kaze no Garden’ written by So Kuramoto. It leaves guests with an allusive feeling even the drama finished more than10 years ago.
‘Green house’ is a film set where was reproduced as it was in the drama. It will remind visitors of the story.
