「HELLOふらプリ」、今回はプリンスグランドリゾート富良野敷地内施設『珈琲 森の時計』をご紹介します♪
Greeting everyone!
HELLO FURAPURI would like to present to you, Coffee Mori no Tokei, a café located in the Prince Grand Resort premises.
『珈琲 森の時計』。
”ドラマの舞台となった喫茶店”としてご存知の方も多いはず。
そう、2005年に放送された脚本家：倉本聰氏のドラマ「優しい時間」で主人公が開いた喫茶店です。
Coffee Mori no Tokei is renowned as the café used as the setting for a TV drama series.
Yes, the café of the main protagonist in the 2005 broadcasted series, “Yasashii Jikan,” screenwriter Soh Kuramoto.
この看板の字は俳優：大滝秀治さんによるもの
The Café’s sign was written by the actor, Hideji Otaki
ニングルテラスの奥、さらに森の中の小道を進むと、ひっそりと現れる三角屋根の建物『珈琲 森の時計』。
店内に入ると、大きく広がる窓の景色としっくりと落ち着いたカウンター、そして珈琲の良い香りが出迎えてくれます。
Walking past Ningle Terrace, and after going on through a small forest path, the triangle roof Mori no Tokei quietly appears.
When you enter, you are met with large windows that give you a view of the outside scenery, a relaxing counter, and the
pleasant aroma of coffee.
夏、窓の向こうには青々とした緑の森が・・・
そして冬には真っ白に降り積もる雪を眺めながら、穏やかで暖かな時間を過ごすことができます。
In the summer, through the window, the green of the forest can be viewed.
In the winter, while viewing the outside covered in all white with snow, you can experience a relaxing and warm time.
『珈琲 森の時計』の名物、カウンター席で珈琲を注文すると、自らの手で豆を挽くことができます。
カリカリカリカリ・・・
Coffee Mori no Tokei is known for its coffee beans that can be ground by the customer when seated at the counter.
Grind, Grind and Grind… the sound of the beans being ground,

The counter seats will be closed for the time being.
心地よく耳に響く音と共に、挽いたばかりの豆の香りが立ちのぼり、心までもが穏やかに。
The relaxing sound and the smell of freshly ground coffee beans soothes your heart.
その豆を用いて、ネルドリップで落とした珈琲は格別！
ネルドリップは、まろやかな口当たりで深みも出ると言われています。
Nel drip coffee made from the ground bean is coffee at a another level!
The Nel drip brings out the coffee’s gentle and rich taste.
香り豊かな珈琲と一緒に、美味しいケーキはいかがでしょう。
ここだけでご用意している3種のチョコレートケーキは”雪”をモチーフに生まれました。

11月。富良野の山々は雪を抱き始めました。
少しずつ少しずつ、その雪も麓へと降りてきています。
『珈琲 森の時計』では、大きなストーブに薪が入り、ゆっくりと暖かで優しい時間が流れています。

stove with firewood is set inside the Mori no Tokei, a warm and gentle time passes here. Experience the enchanting coffee
here in the peaceful forest.
