「HELLOふらプリ」、今回は初秋の『風のガーデン』をご紹介します♪
We will introduce our garden called "Kaze no Garden" of early autum.
5月にも一度ご紹介した『風のガーデン』。
その頃は、小さな球根花が咲き始め、これから芽吹く草花の為にガーデナーが黙々と手入れをしていました。
Actually, we have posted "Kaze no Garden" in May.
At that time, bulbous plants had just begun blooming and at the same time gardeners was taking care of flowers were beginning to bud.
今回はその『風のガーデン』の初秋の様子をご覧ください♪
This time, we will show you how it has changed since then.
草花が咲き乱れる暑い夏が過ぎ、朝夕が涼しくなるころ。
ガーデナーは、草花が最も生き生きとしていると言います。
Summer is coming to an end after all the colorful flowers were in full bloom. Then it's getting cooler in the morning and evening.
暑すぎると人間と同じくぐったりする草花も、涼しい秋の気配を感じて生き生きと。
気候の影響で今年は特に草花の背丈が高く、ガーデンもとても賑やかです。ススキは2ｍを優に超えています。
秋と言ってもまだまだ色鮮やかな花がたくさん。
The hot, and humid conditoins make flowers and plants exhausted.
It's just like humans, they get better after feeling autaum in the air.
Height of flowers are taller especially in this year, affected by the climate, which look very lively.
Japanese pampas grass is higher than 2m.
Still, there are lots of colorful flowers blooming even it's in autum.

淡い赤紫のフジバカマ
Pale reddish purple "Thoroughwort"
実は、森のすぐそばにある『風のガーデン』には、色々な種類の蝶や鳥も訪れます。
花だけでなく、蝶を目的に訪れるお客さまもたくさんいらっしゃいます。
この日も、モンシロチョウやアゲハなど数種の蝶が花に魅了されていました。
Many visitors enjoy watching not only flowers but also butterflies.
Some cabbage butterflies and swallowtail butterflies were fascinated and approached by beautiful flowers on the day we took this photo.
夏には可愛らしい花を咲かせ甘い香りを放つハニーサックルも、秋には赤い実をつけ、鳥たちを呼び寄せます。
Pretty "Honeysuckles " bloomed with the sweet aroma in summer. After that , they bear small red fruits and lured birds.
秋のガーデンの楽しみの一つは、”シードヘッド”！
夏に花を咲かせた植物に実る”種”を付けた姿のことです。
花期の柔らかい花びらとは対照的にチクチクと硬いものが多いのですが、その形はユーモラスで特徴的、訪れる人の目を楽しませてくれます。
One of the pleasures of the garden is watching "seedhead".
"Seedhead" is a part of certain plants that bears the seeds after flowering.
In contrast to the flowers, most of the seedheads are hard and prickly. But their shapes are unique and distinctive, will catch your eye.

青紫色のエリンジウムは花期の頃からシードヘッド調？！
"Sea-Holly - Eryngium"
Bluish purple flowers looks likethey have already been sesdheads.
色んな形、種類のシードヘッドが楽しめます♪
You can enjoy watching various kinds of seedheads.
ふわふわの綿毛をつけるヤナギランも風に揺れて秋を演出しています。
Fluffy "Fireweed" swinging in gentle breeze as if they produce autum has come.
そして、もう一つの見所は、”ローズヒップ”！
メインエリアから少し足を延ばし、たくさんの種類の薔薇をご覧いただける薔薇の庭へ。
One of the most interesting parts is "Rose Hip".
A little far from the main area is the rose gaden where you can see many kinds of roses.
花期を終えたバラは、真っ赤な実”ローズヒップ”を実らせます。
ここでは、北海道の道花、ハマナス（原種バラの一つ）の実をご覧いただくこともできます。
Rose Hips are the nanural fruits of roses that forms affter the bloom has faded.
You can see red fruits of Japanese Rose 'Hamanasu' as well.
初秋の『風のガーデン』、いかがでしたでしょうか。
10月に入ると、富良野はもうすっかり秋。
きっと、『風のガーデン』のグリーンハウスをつたうナツヅタの紅葉も始まり、真っ赤に染まった楓や大きな大きな朴の葉の落ち葉にも出会えることでしょう♬

Autum has difinitely come in Furano in October.
You will be able to see the leaves and ivy-covered 'greenhouse' changing colors.
At the same time, the maple will start turning red and you may find huge Magnolia's fallen leaves.
* Greenhouse in Kaze no Garden is the filming location for TV dorama.

The last day of opening in 2020 is October 11th (Sunday).
新富良野プリンスホテルから『風のガーデン』へは、受付を済ませ送迎車に乗りおよそ4分で到着します。
After finishing reception, from the Shin Furano Prince Hotel, it takes approximately 4 minutes by the transportation car provided.
